- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and
- any statutory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Where you use the website as a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable.
Where you use the website for business purposes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss of profit, business, revenue, anticipated savings, opportunity, goodwill or indirect loss arising solely from use of the public website.
These website limitations do not replace any liability provisions contained in a separate contract for goods or services.

We seek to use:
- clear page structures;
- readable text;
- descriptive links and headings;
- keyboard-accessible controls where reasonably possible;

Continued use after a change means that the revised terms apply to your later use of the website.
20. General provisions
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A delay in enforcing these terms does not waive our rights.
No other person has a right to enforce these terms unless the law expressly provides otherwise.
21. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to use the courts available where you live.
